I can't id them at such an early stage, especially since I don't know the typical weeds of your area. One possibility is a Veronica species but without any true leaves to see that's just a wild guess.

However, I certainly wouldn't call those babies out of control. You are still well on top of them. I notice your soil appears crusted and has green algae on it. If you get yourself a good sharp scuffle hoe you could eradicate those seedlings in no time and at the same time sort out the crusting and algae problems. Hoe them off on a sunny day and they'll die.
