It's hard to say what might root more easily. Every rose is different. Just try again with some you want to have. Do some tweaking and experimentation on your process until you get the results you like.

It very much depends on your climate & method, but from many years of living in 2 different TX climates (rainy mid-coast & central desert), I've found Chinas (except Mutabilis) Teas, Noisettes, polys, & HMs root well, pretty much in that order of ease.
Lot of individual variation--Caldwell Pink will root from trimmings thrown on the ground, Cecile Brunner & most teas almost as easy, almost any China roots very fast & easily--except Mutabilis, that one's a bit tricky.
Try a lot of them---& try different methods & in different seasons. Many root well in late spring from cuttings taken from shoots that have just bloomed. But a lot will root well from September cuttings. Clotilde Soupert is slow later in in the year, but in hot weather it will root in a couple of weeks. It's a lot of fun figuring out when & how each one will root reliably for you in your climate.
