My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt and all items must be returned in original condition and original packaging. There will be 15% restocking fee applied for all items returned not in original condition or original packaging. The customer pays for the shipping costs. Please note, for Free Shipping items, when the shipment is refused the customer is responsible for round trip shipping cost.
