How do u vent the smoke from green egg?

    Good question!
    The Green Egg has a lower vent, which is the air intake, and an upper vent, which is the exhaust. Which one is opened or closed is also how you control the cooking temperature.
    There's a quick learning curve to using the Egg, but easy to master, which is what makes them such a popular outdoor cooking option.

    Bad answer. Looking for a way to get rid of the black smoke coming out of the top vent! All ideas welcome.

    It all looks nice but after cooking on a Big Green Egg (formally known as Kamado's) for close to 40 yrs, that white ceiling is going to be black pretty fast.
