My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

where is the bench from and do you know whether the material can get wet?

    The bench is from China. It's an antique bench. I wouldn't necessarily sit on it coming from a pool, but it's usually fine to sit on something like this with a towel as it will dry pretty quickly.
