Paging you Photoshop geniuses

Can someone help me visualize what taking the shutters off of the front of my house will look like if I paint the trim and windows with SW Eclipse? Having the hardest time seeing it in my head and I am hopeless with photoshop. Trying to get work started but can't make up my mind about the dang shutters and windows. Even just removing the shutters would visually help me! Thanks for your help!

Thanks so much! That is hugely helpful. Thinking about keeping the shutters now! Or building the frames up.

i say beef up the shutters they are a little too small. and cut back some of your shrubs....

Haha, now that I'm home I'm veering back towards removing the shutters and painting the windows, just not all of the trim. I am ridiculous, thanks so much for the picture, very helpful!

i would leave the shutters, if you cant replace them. and paint those and the trim but not the porch post.

Thought you would want to see what we are up to sine you were so helpful!

Painting most exterior doors in "SW/-connected gray" , shutters in same color. Painting front door and rear French door onto deck "SW--spicy hue" (also painting my adirondack chairs that color, love it!)

If we like the way all of that looks we will paint all of the windows in connected gray too, and the front bay window. Thanks again!

then attack the over grown shrubs to the right of the porch.. :)

lol, shutters first then my azaleas, AFTER the blooms drop, then the rhododendron in the fall. Timing the pruning is a PITA but these are very mature gorgeous shrubs...gotta do it right.

im seeing some teal chairs... or seat cushions.

Oh, good idea! I'm thinking lime green cushions for the black metal chairs. Nice. We are going to be replacing the deck so I'll be back for ideas on stain color!

New shutter color: now I'm trying to decide whether to paint the window trim the same color and if so, what about the bay window?? (Look at my pretty rhododendron ;)

Beautiful home and garden! Is there brick behind the bushes? If so, I would try to make the bushes a little more "wispy" to see the beautiful brick. Someone has a very green thumb.

Thanks lovebug, I'm learning as I go. Two years in this house and many more trials and errors to go ;). I think I can thin the azaleas out a bit without ruining their shape....the brick is a nice a color.
