Aquarite blinking lights/ not generating

5 year old system,, i moved in two weeks ago my pool just turned green. my aquarite box has the lcd display that looks normal but the lights are odd. the top two lights, 'power and generating' turn on green for five seconds then a 'click' is heard then a few seconds later the lights turn off. this repeats all day. some internet investigating led me to a bad board or just a bad thermistor on the board. any experience with this issue? thanks
