Need help with a slanted ceiling living room

We just bought a house with a large living room with celilings that start at 10 feet and slant up to 22 feet. We have no idea how to decorate this. This room has a cat walk on the tall side. This is not our furniture it is the previous owners. We are planning on starting from scratch. Also we are not planning on having a television in this space.
