I just tried to look up our woodhollow insert purchase. But, it must be under my husband's eBay account. So, no luck.

Fwiw, I am 98% sure that I did 2 auctions and put a note on each to please combine shipping. The inserts were packaged and delivered on time and I recall being satisfied with the shipping charge. The inserts are very good quality imho. DH was impressed with yet another great GW find.

Do people normally give the exact inside dimensions of the drawer size, or do you subtract say 1/16" from the total length - width in order for easy removal should the time comes? I'll assume a height isn't needed as they're standard?

I too did "exact" interior dimensions of my drawers. I think this was a help mommy measure exercise. I was so over measuring everything by this point, lol! Still, it all worked.

After completing the bid, I sent a message with complete dimensions of each drawer. I also included a picture of a layout design I created for the large silverware drawer. All inserts arrived just as I ordered. They are now some of the coolest things in my new kitchen. Love.

Did you scan your drawing and then send it as an attachment, if so which email address did you use or was it through eBay?
Are we to assume the height is standard of let's say 2 3/8" with the bottom "board"?

He will tell you how long delivery will take. I believe it was a couple of weeks, but I think he was backed up at the time. I created the drawing (with measurements for each compartment) in Penultimate and saved it as a jpg, then sent it as an attachment in a message through eBay.

I scanned my drawings and emailed through ebay. You are correct on the height. I requested that mine did not have a cutout of the dividers (as they show around cutlery dividers. Prefer this look and they complied with my request.

I'm not sure what you mean by "cut out", I'm trying to envision, can you explain some more as I may want the same thing.

For those that got the double cutlery insert, how high was your drawer, mine is 3 1/2" which I believe is too shallow.
