I have a stucco house that has not been painted before and it is fading pretty bad. In reading, it looks like I have 3 options: 1. Restucco, 2. Fog Coating, or 3. Elastomeric or Acrylic Paint

I don't think I want to restucco the house as that would be exteremely expensive and from what I read, elastomeric paint is horrible for stucco and can cause bigger problems down the road.

I am really interested in Fog Coating, but I am having a hard time finding it locally (Kansas City). I see that the there is LaHabara that makes this product. Are there other products or distributors that I should be checking out that has a cement based coating that I can color and allows stucco to breathe?
