Is it 60 pcs./10.76 sq. feet per box for $44.82? I need enough to do approx. 20 sq. feet.

Correct. There is 10.76 sqft per box. For 20 sqft you would need two (2) boxes. The cost is $44.82 per box. There's an additional fee for shipping at $10.00 per box.
