I see possibly some over watering effects, as evidenced by leaf rolling and yellowing. I have never seen any yellow leaes on my seedling.

Another Question: How many hours a day(24 hrs) do you keep the lights on, and how close?

do you use one warm and one cool bulb? the purple undersides are often from being a bit cold, I dont think much of a problem as they warm up the purple fades away...not sure about the curling leaves...do you use soil less mix to pot them?

ive been keeping the lights on 24 hours a day ,,, the bulbs are all 54 watt t5 6400k sun blaster brand . i keep the lights about 5 inches from the plants , been afriad to go any lower because of them not looking so healthy .... the over watering i was thinking bout that but i only water when the soil is very dry , pots are light and feel like weight nothing and i stick my finger down the side probably 2 inches and the medium feels dry ,, this is a different soiless mix than im used to i usually use promix bx ,but the store didnt have it this time and im useing a promix that come in a bag says seed starting mix it also has moisture crystals in it

i dont know what to do as there looking worse each day . i try a light foliar feed of fish emulsion , next time i water should i give them alittle epsom salt ?

growing season is just about to start and i dont want to put diseased plants out in my raised bed not time to restart and no seed left

i should add im also not to worried bout the purple coloring it was hard to capture in the picture but it was so deep of a purple ive never seen before at with room temps in the 70's i thought it was a little strange ,,, its the leaves drying on the margines and spots drying on leaves and them eventually fall of the main stem thats got me worried its also happening on newer leaves aswell :(

OK , zak,. That is why I asked the question.
Too much light also can cause purpling. That has happened to some of my pepper seedlings in the past.
Plants need some darkness to recuperate. That is how it is in nature and the genetics of them. The experts suggest about 16 hours of light and 8 hours of darkness.
I thin you are fine with promix.

It's probably not the problem but anything can help. If you're using tap water let it stand for 24 hours that gets rid of some of the chemicals and the water is room temperature

been useing filtered watter zero water the type you get in those big bottles for drinking stands like culligan water ,,, i decided to stop useing that, and ive used some rain water from my barrel outside for 1 watering so far ,,,, forgot to mention i also use a mycorrhiza supplement the problems seemd to happen around this time i used the stuff as a soil soak ,, but all the rest of my plants cucs and peppers seem ok

i only did one application of this stuff btw
