Cabinet color

I can't quite tell what color the cabinets are, sky blue? And does the paint have a textured quality or is it the reflection from the crystals that makes it appear so? The overall effect is lovely.

In this project we selected a textured metallic finish for the kitchen cupboards in order to reflect the light and help the feeling of space. The finish is continued on the doors and skirting boards to give uniformity. The walls are finished in polished plaster, not paint, as this also has a light reflecting quality.
