How wide is the trim around the windows?

In this photo the sides are 1x4 (3.5" wide), the bottom is a 1x4 sitting under a 3/4" inch sill, and the top is 1x6 (5.5" wide). We also used solid poplar material. I'm not a big fan of composite (like mdf) trim materials; they have a tendency to volcano when nailed and are much more fragile.
