My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    So sorry, those are not solid Cherry floors as previously mentioned.

    That floor is actually salvaged pine from an early 1900's Shotgun home in NOLA. they were milled slightly for a smooth finish but original nail homes, marks, and other imperfections were kept.
