I need advice for new flooring in my kitchen. I am remodeling my kitchen which has ceramic tile. Ugly, dated and 12 years old. We are replacing everything. My family room, dining room, and hall are connected to the kitchen floor. They have cherry engineered floors. I don't like the color as it is kind of reddish. Ugh. I am looking for info about sanding and stainin

g them but they are in good condition and I know that will be a huge undertaking. Is there any wood flooring that might look good with the cherry? What about the porcelain tile made to look like wood? I have attached pics. I am trying get to figure out flooring before I pick cabinets.
