Where are my saved photos

I was surfing houzz last night on my ipad. when I came across something I liked I hit the save button and it gave me a chance to type a comment. I just hit save, no comment. I logged in on my desktop today thinking my saved photos would be there and they are not. or I just don't know where to find them. little help please :)

Hi Dustin, I'm seeing several ideabooks on your profile. Did you find them there?

If not, is there any chance you might be logged into a different account on your iPad? (That actually happens sometimes)
