I was hoping to be done with it but something seems to be missing or just doesn't look right. I would love lighter color furniture but that's not in the budget. Does it need a rug? If so, will that look strange since it will pretty much take up the whole room? I realize the curtains are too low and I need a better curtain rod...waiting on the hubby to get back from a long trip to help me with that. The walls are gray (BM Gray Owl) and the curtains are supposed to be platinum color, although they look a bit different based on the light. I have a gold starburst mirror that I love and was hoping it went okay in here since my chandelier is antique silver but would love opinions. Do I need different artwork? Thanks in advance! I always have a tough time with dining rooms for some reason!
