My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Originally built in 1910 and was just over 800sqft.

Renovation/new-build. In order to maintain to a degree the historic look in the neighborhood and create more square footage, an addition was added. This home was in complete shambles. Now with a fresh new look.

      The re-routing of the front stairs, new windows, and the new edition certainly give this home a fresh new look while still maintaining it's historical lines. I applaud your use of the ivory in the kitchen which helps maintain the historical aspect while having updated appliances. Great job!
