Am in western WA, and I have been searching for a while and I can't find this;

And this one which I'm fairly convinced is some fly in from a garden?

These leaves look SO MUCH like papaver somnifernum, but they are thicker, veinier, and the plant as a whole is HUGE compared to it! I keep waiting for it to flower but it's driving me nuts! When it's cut it exudes white sap that turns completely black when it dries... Any ideas? Should I kill it now before it flowers?!
