My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi there! Thank you for shopping on Houzz! This light uses 3 watt LED, 280 Lumens. There are no bulbs, instead the LED lamps are manufactured with the LED chip already installed in the lamp. That is where the light is generated. Hope this helps, happy Houzzing!

H, how often does the chip need to be replaced in the lamp if at all. I have a small 4 feet long 2 feet wide island. would the 4 lights be appropriate for this size
