I grew this rose when it first came out in the early 90's. It was a good rose in my garden in terms of both plant and flower characteristics. Jackson and Perkins only sold it for a few years, then it disappeared. The demand for the rose increased after it was pulled. Now, 2 houses later, I found this rose on the Palatine Rose site and ordered it. It is growing well and has bloomed a few times, but the flowers are not a large as I remember; I expect that after 2 or 3 years the size will improve. I am fond of roses of this color and also grow a few others including Just Joey, Brandy, Over the Moon, Abbaye de Cluny, Sunstruck, and Valencia.
