For the next phase of enhancing your home and making it more welcome to guests, and of greater curb appeal, bring a pleasant front walk to and from the front door and the street, where your guests should park. Keep it apart from the driveway, and to the opposite side of the front bed and large step landing.

As mentioned in May, develop a small outdoor welcoming room where the new guest entrance walk joins the existing flagstone steps and walk. Then screen this room from the adjacent entry to the neighbor's home, and invite them over for morning coffee to show off your successful development.
