This past winter I had ice dam and water leak in my house. I will have roofing contractor to repair the roof soon. Today I climb up to the attic to check any water leakage (since roof guy will not deal with interior issue). I found there is a small water stain and also when I remove the insulate I found there is mold underneath. I believe this is part of drywall of garage ceiling since I remember during the winter there was water dripping at that spot.
