Cracked leaves

Have several different plants with what looks like cracks, and my mom has them too. I'm not sure if this is physical manipulation damage, damage by bugs, lack of some nutrients...
Here it is on a blueberry leaf, I have it on my hosta, maple sprout, and my mom has it on her lilacs I think- or some other ornamental flower:
