My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I keep coming back to how much I love your house and am planning something similar with a nearby barn in coastal New Hampshire. Is the roof bare or painted galvalume and do you know the manufacturer? What about the manufacturer of the operable windows?

      Bare gavalume. Standing seam. Fabricated and installed by Beck in Waterville. They are great and would probably service coastal NH. Windows are Marvin Integrity. Good bang for the buck but if money were no object I would have gone with Intus.
