There are many factors, they range from soil conditions to regional pricing. For a similar pool, not including the deck, You should budget from $40,000 to $60,000.

You find an architect the same way you find a doctor or an attorney. I suggest that you start with the local AIA office and then research and interview the individuals that are of interest.

This looks like a great little pool to just do some laps for exercising. Is it one of those pools that have jets where you swim against the current? I've been thinking of building a pool in our backyard next summer but we're still trying to figure out if we want one for exercise or more for fun. http://www.reliantpools.com

Thank you. You can swim laps, but it is not a resistance pool.
