The tree was here when we bought the home 2 years ago. We were clueless, but learned it needed spraying to prevent brown rot. THIS year the peaches are perfect. Still learning when to pick. They get bruised when over ripe, but don't taste as sweet when picked too soon. Can I pick almost ripe and let them ripen on the counter? What do you do?
