My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

how do you deal with the horizontal butt joints at the hardie panels? Thanks!

    Hi There,

    The Hardie Panel was installed per the manufacturer's specifications with a small reveal and flashing over the lower panel. Then everything was painted after installation to minimize the visibility of the flashing.

    Check out xtremetrim.com by Tamlyn for the 5/16" z flashing (xzs5168) to joint panels together with minimal reveal.
