I wouldn't repeat the 'Bush's lace on the other side....too formal, but your call. Since you have a Blue conifer on the left, Red from the maple in the middle, I would go with something Green or Yellow on the right...

Noon - Sunset is probably near full sun in all Spring and Fall, maybe partial in winter. A picture would help, but since you already have 'Bush's Lace' growing there, it must be getting pretty good sunlight. Here are some ideas:

Picea glauca 'Pendula'
Picea omorika 'Pendula Bruns'
Cephalotaxus harringtonia 'Korean Gold'
Juniperus communis 'Gold Cone'

Embo, Probably right. Our area was bumped up to 7a in 2012...but I don't buy it.

In 2013 and 2014 we have had zone 5 winters, that is somehow caused by "global warning" or "change" or whatever.

No part of south central PA that was rated zone 7 went below -10F in either recent winter, so how did you have "zone 5" winters? If it went below 0F, that is perfectly expected for USDA zone 7 in some years. That's why it's an average.
