My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    There are a few colors we used on this house. All from Sherwin Williams. The garage door/ accent color is "Grizzle Gray", "Iron Ore" is the front door and hardie panels, and "Cityscape" is main body color. Thanks for the question and glad you like the colors.
