I agree a new garage door will make a big difference.

Regarding the siding color, is your roof the brown it appears in the photo? If so, I'd choose a light, warm-ish color that blends with the brick. I'm not a pro but am wondering if something like BM's Revere Pewter or Grant Beige would work with the brick and brown roof.

I would lighten up the door and sidelights, too. It will give them more focus.

Here's a Sherwin Williams "read" on your brick colors. The left ones are primary colors from the pic and the right ones are secondary. Click to see all of them.These shades also cover the mortar and concrete in the photo. Picking up the color strip cards for these paint colors would be the place I'd start, since you want the paint to work with the brick, as well as with your roof. Some of the alternate colors on the strip card may be the ticket. I also think you'll find one here for the garage door and that can save your some money versus a replacement. To sample the colors, I'd pick up large white poster boards and some samples of the colors you like. Paint all of the board except leave a hand breadth of white around the edges. Hang these on the house at different times of day and at different light exposures and places (garage door, back of house, under the porch) to find the right one for you. Don't forget to consider the roof color as you're deciding.

Test bm baja dunes or bm indian river http://www.benjaminmoore.com/en-us/paint-color/bajadunes .. take the shutters and door to something like bm otter brown . . trim in between on the scale . . bm cabot trail . . it will be lighter than what you have -

the blue grays that sw computer picked up above will really make the orange brick look even more orange .. the sw reddened earth color would be terrific on site furnishings - a picnic table, older chairs that need a coat of paint . good on window sashes if they were paintable as a small accent to tie back to brick
