I'd put the crib on the wall left of the window and a dresser turned changing table on the opposite wall. I'll post some bedding in a bit. Can you change the wall color?

But that's my point...consider elements that can "grow" as your child grows, e.g., a changing table station that can become a dresser and/or toy organizer later on as your little person grows and needs evolve. I would recommend not going with white furniture (other than a crib), as a boy will quickly outgrow white. Also, I would purchase second hand (and paint them) that are solid and will hold up for years and select pieces that can work for changing needs. For instance piece below can be a change table and later a dresser or side table. I would also consider a low bookcase that can be used for storage and later toys/books. Place crib on one long wall and bookcase in the niche next to window and place your chair (and a small table) under the window - there will be many nights you will be looking at the stars.lol. On opposite wall to crib, your change table/dresser. Decals over crib is safer and you could add the art over the change table instead. Having a closet organizer for their small stuff also really helps. There will be many special moments in this room...all the best.

So cut and looks like you are having a boy. To compliment the zigzag n the prints I would paint maybe the crib wall with horizontal soft gray and cream stripes for interest and be sure to add some clouds to the ceiling. Have some matching fabric made at spoonflower in the balloon print for a cornice above the window and maybe a pillow on the rocker. Any stain furniture you like will work but I prefer the crispness of white on the dresser/changing table, crib and rocker frame. Pops of orange and blue will add contrast that will help the baby focus and maybe stencil the words "up, up and away" above the window. anything goes in a nursery as long as it is clean and safe so you can spring for expensive chest/dresser that will grow with the baby into young teen years or keep the budget low and use items that will be replaced when you re-decorate in a few years.
