Right knobs and pulls color for kitchen?

I love these knobs and pulls because of the bling crystals and decorative look. Are they a great match or am I doing to matchy matchy? You can see the terrible looking old pull I have on drawer. I want to see what everyone else thinks because this brand is non-refundable and special order

lol...I like them but if no one else does then I'm open to plan B :)

I'm thankful the store let me borrow their loaners from their boards so I know to order them or pick something else.

Well, luckily for you this is a design dilemma and not a functional voice like picking a sink. You can keep looking at hardware or back off for a while if you find yourself hesitating!

They are a little "blingy" for my taste. But that is just my taste. If you love them, I think go with your gut. They match and look nice with everything else in the kitchen, so I say, if you love it - do it!

Here's another pull from the same brand that's thinner, not sure which one would look better but I'd have to get existing holes filled to fit these thinner ones because they are a little bit bigger. Any other ideas of knobs and pulls that would make the kitchen look fabulous? I want to do this ASAP, the existing ones I have look terrible to me. I just bought the house with the existing ones. I've attached a bigger picture of the existing ones and kitchen as a whole. The kitchen definately needs some stuff to make it look fancy and warm feeling. I know I need window treatment to complete the room...that's my next thing to tackle next week.

I love that you are thinking in the gold tones! It is the up and coming trend for cabinet hardware. I agree that the kitchen needs something ... to liven it up. It doesn't have any contrast right now and hardware in a different finish would be one element to fix that. The ones you are considering are very ornate for a kitchen and a bit "heavy", but if that is your style I think it's great. A space that has a bit of the homeowners personality is always the best! Jeffrey Alexander hardware has some good options in satin brass and gold tones also. If it is in the budget, bring in the bling with pendant lighting or a chandelier over the island.

Besides a dressier window covering needed I also do need to pick out lights. Picture was taken just before we added electric for 2 lights over the sink and switched light over island to 1 instead of 2. I was just thinking the ornate-ness to those knobs and pulls would really dress up the kitchen and bring warmth to it

Good choice for amount of lighting - that will work well. The knobs will dress up the kitchen and they go with the granite and countertops. And I agree that they will help create a feeling of warmth. Knobs are also one of those choices that are not a huge expense, so if you get tired of them in a few years, just change them.

For lighting, look at Hinkley Lights Plantation series. They have a similar "bling" style.

    Thinner or thicker pull?

They're not just different sizes -- they're totally different colors and styles! The ones you picked first seem to match the kitchen and the others just don't!

Here's a better picture of the thinner one. The other picture didn't come out as good and looks super light because I held iphone up to it next to drawer and I have the thicker one out as a tester from the store and I don't have the thinner one.
