Working with Greater Dayton Building and Remodeling was a pleasure. Their design for our bathroom met our needs and wants. The work proceeded smoothly and quickly, done by very capable subcontractors. We highly recommend this company and would hire them again for future construction work.

We renovated and modernized our master bathroom and couldn't be happier with the outcome. The entire team we worked with at Greater Dayton was professional and knowledgeable. Brian was very accessible if we had questions and was on-site quite a bit overseeing the contractors and helping clean up. You could tell they all knew what they were doing so there was a lot of piece of mind in that. The project was completed very close to the timeline they laid out too.

Very happy with our Master Bath remodel. Matt is a great design partner and such a pleasure to work with. Greater Dayton is great! We had a five bedroom house with a full bath serving all 5. There was a small 9'x14' bedroom adjacent to the 18'x14' primary bedroom. The small bedroom is now an ensuite bathroom with a large shower, a large sink on a custom base cabinet and two consoles, and a built-in linen cabinet, plus a floor to ceiling mirror that you can push on an get to a 22'x18' attic storage area. They also shortened the hallway and used the hallway space and two back-to-back closets to give us a large walk-in closet. It looks great, functions great, was reasonably priced and the workers were highly skilled, professional, and polite. You can't ask for anything better than GREATER DAYTON!

GDB&R remodeled our kitchen and built an addition onto our house. We were impressed with the knowledge and flexibility of our designer and planner. He was budget-conscious, and flexible with our choices. The products were all high quality with professional installers that cleaned up after each day. If a glitch occurred it was remedied to our satisfaction in a timely manner. They communicated with us about daily schedules. Our foreman listened to our concerns and personally addressed them. We hired Greater Dayton to remodel our master bathroom. They helped us with the design to meet our needs. They were very competitive on the estimated cost to do the project. The workmanship was top notch. The remodelers were polite, friendly and professional. The project came in on budget and we are very happy with the outcome. We have now hired them to remodel our guest bath.

Greater Dayton did a home renovation for me in April. They painted ceilings and walls, including accent walls. They also installed new kitchen cupboards, backsplash, floors and carpeting. As well as a new kitchen sink and toilets and sinks in the bathrooms. I found them to be extremely professional. Each worker who came into my home was a real professional, very respectful of my possessions in the house and my opinions. I felt perfectly at ease leaving my condo while they were working. The designer was extremely patient and helpful. The sales designer and superintendent were aware of my budget and were careful to keep within that range. They were attentive to my special requests and even found a way to display baskets on top of the kitchen cupboards.

Greater Dayton Construction has been great to work with, from their office staff to their field staff. We have worked with them on a number of projects and appreciate the attention to detail on every project.

Greater Dayton Contrution group, rescued us when we were left out in the rain by a company that we had hired to replace our roof. The company that we hire to replace our roof was given a down deposit, they came an removed our roof and left us with nothing but the wood, the next day it rain and there was more damage on the inside of our home. On August 6,2013 we contacted Greater Dayton Contrution group. They came that day to put a protective covering on the plywood. On August 7, 2013 Greater Dayton Contrution group Professional staff members, ordered and delivered all materials and completed our roof in one day,

We had neglected maintenance on our house for several decades (you know, kids, college tuition, etc) and we also wanted to make some major improvements. So about 30 percent of the project included repairs to existing areas and the remaining included some major updates throughout the house, inside and outside. Repairs include wood trim refurbishment, doors, deck resurfacing, wallboard repairs, stair banister repair, kitchen cabinet refurbishment, new front steps and other concrete work and repair, interior and exterior paint and many, many other repairs. The major upgrades included the kitchen, family room fireplace and side cabinet install, 12' by 16' master bath complete gut and redo including all new cabinets, mirrors, lights, 5 by 8 foot walk-in shower with tile walls and glass enclosure, additional crown molding, , carpet, fireplace log set,, integrated bath fans, two dozen led ceiling lights, new laundry room cabinets and shelving, kitchen counter top install and cabinet hardware throughout house, master bedroom closet system and other upgrades. Between the repairs and the upgrades the work encompassed a broad range of trades and skills. One of the main reasons I hired a contractor for this extensive job was that I had no idea which trade contractors to hire and was sure that I could not manage a project of this magnitude myself. Greater Dayton Construction had the infrastructure (design, construction management, internal and external subcontractor contacts and project management skills) I needed. There price was not the cheapest but I got what I paid for, super high quality materials and workmanship, no nickle and dime-ing me on extras, even though change orders prices were similarly robust, but again they got the job done with the quality I expected. I took a little longer than promised but I expected that and had no problem with the schedule. The workmen were couteious and cleaned up after each day, albeit a little dust on any project like this is inevitable. I have a couple of smaller project in mind and plan on hiring them again.

Demo of 20 year old large kitchen and guest half bathroom. All new cabinets, appliances, granite countertops, flooring, lighting, plumbing. Amazing crew - dedicated and talented. We would hire this company again in a minute.

Work in progress but so far they have cleaned up after their day's work, on schedule with work. The work has not been completed yet so more to come when it is completed. Update: It's month 7 and while initially work went quickly, things slowed down by month 4. Still some minor fixes left. Have to revise my rosy initial review. Overall poor communication between the design specialist and the project manager.
