They look like aphids.

Hmm, they kinda do, but that definately isn't what they are!

Millions would be a concern, indoors or out. Not sure you can eliminate aphid ID based on speed alone. If not aphid, perhaps a nymph of some plant bug, are you seeing any insects about that look similar but larger and perhaps darker colored?

There are 2 or 3 active members on the Insects forum who are good at identifying insects.

Aphids also appear to have bent antenae? I just think if they were aphids the ones indoors would have matured and turned into what I would recognize as an aphid? I guess I can't rule out that what is indoors is different than these guys. There ARE millions, and we do have aphids and mealy bugs but I don't think its the same creature? It's really hard to guage I guess ;(

Aphids aren't fast.

Could these be the same creature? If it is it's not the same thing that is in my indoor plant cause they never got bigger.

Could possibly be the next instar of the original pictured insects. The strong hind legs and striped antennae of these are not typical of aphids. There are a lot of different insect nymphs running about in spring.

Always best to toss a coin down to provide size scale.

I tried that with the white ones but they don't stop moving it was a disaster >_>

Just put the coin down in the same spot and take/post a second picture from the same distance.
