It's the easiest thing in the world to "dis" someone else's work, but ... that looks pretty bad. Even given the rustic finish of the tiles, I would expect a pro to apply the grout in even proportions, and where the corner joins the horizontal beading tile it looks like they've just smeared it on with their thumb. It also looks as though they've taken so long to do it that the grout has started to dry off and set, leaving a granular finish. Did the same person fix the tiles and do the grouting?

Seriously? It looks awful. I can't believe a professional did that. The corner looks like someone did it with a shovel. The tiles are not close to straight, and the bullnose section looks like they forgot to put a piece in. I would not pay a penny until its fixed.

I agree with everybody. But keep in mind you get that your paid for. Did you get quotes from everyone and picked up cheapest one?

Nope builders sub. I never go for the cheapes tbut thanks for the opinion.
