Hi - the plans for this were very customized to the shape of this specific room. We used elongated twin mattresses and based of those dimensions, we worked with a carpenter to build these to the size of the room. The room is about 14' x 12' but I would recommend that the room dimensions are equal and then your stairs will be lined up better. I think 14 x 14 would be the perfect size. While I designed the conceptual details and appearance of these bunk beds, the carpenter finalized all specific measurements and construction details to build these. I do not have the rights to share those plans. I would recommend working with a carpenter for your project that can customize the plans to the shape / size of your room as well.
