Product is falling apart....what do we do?

We purchased this for our new home construction. TODAY we noticed that it is starting to peel on the edges and basically is falling apart. This is not something we have noticed previously. We dust weekly and have not noticed. WHAT can we do about this? Needless to say we are not happy at all at the moment.....
