Grape Accents For a Transistional Kitchen

Other than cluster of grapes on tile backsplash, pictures, or a cluster of rubber grapes hanging over the cabinets, is there another way I can add cluster grapes designs that would make a "WOW" Statement? My client wants to keep the transistional design, not a Tuscany look. Thanks :)
