Is this company reliable?

I ordered this same item from another seller about a month ago and still have not received it, nor heard from the company after numerous attempts. I ordered it again a week ago from the same company (Fantastic Decor LLC) who warehouse your items for you. I have not gotten a shipment confirmation from them either. Have you found this company reliable? Thanks.
