Brown spots on tomatoes

I'm new to the site, so thank you for your help. I'm currently experiencing some browning spots on some of my cherry tomatoes. I am currently growing 7 types of cherry tomatoes and these spots are not visible on all of them. The plants/leaves themselves look fine, it is only on the fruit itself. I live in the southern section of central California, roughly zone 9a. My fruit was looking fine, but the last couple of weeks we have had a pretty good amount of rain for our area, which to me is unusual for this time of year. So I'm not sure if this can be the cause. I have attached a couple pictures, if there's anything else you need to know to help please let me know. I fertilize with fox farm nutrients, sea bird guano, and neptunes seaweed.
