My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

PB Clarissa chandelier knockoff?

I love the Pottery Barn light's look and I found this cheaper one on Overstock, but I'm still skeptical that it will actually look cheap. Can anyone recommend any other options? I'd like to use two of these over a 9 foot island. It's a white kitchen with ceaserstone london gray counters. The island's cabinetry is dark, however. Very original, I know ;)
