I repoted my succulents about a little more than a month ago. When I bought them, they were gorgeous. Now the leaves are all soft and wrinkly... :(

I've been reading a lot about how to water them, but all informations are contradictory...

Once a week.. once a month...?

I've red that too much water can make the leaves soft but my soil is SUPER dry so I've been watering them about once a week.

What's my problem here? Too much water or not enough? Is there something I should do?
