My carpenter copied this portico almost identically, copper roof and all, but used vinyl (sorry!) because my husband wants no more painting in his life. We do not have a wood color ceiling, but it is planked the same, only using off white vinyl. Stone front house. Colonial revival. Can I use the same genre light fixture - I am so tired of the old time (colonial style) lantern look.
