Starting Mango Seedling for grafting, pot size?

Hello everyone, I'm not sure if this question was asked, but I literally have 30 mango seeds that are pushing growth and I need to pot them.

Some videos I watch have them in a one gallon pot, others in a 3, and others in a 5. What pot size is the best to begin a mango seed? I will be using them to make more clones of my Nam Doc Mai, Ice Cream, Keitt and Gold nugget.

For those curious I live in San Jacinto, CA, 9B.
