How did you attach the floor to the subfloor? Or is it free floating? What finish did you use? Thanks!

I levelled the floor on top of the old, sloped subfloor with scribed 'mini-joists' up to a level laser line. With the 'mini joists' at 16" o.c., the plywood was made T+G, and played like a 2nd subfloor, then glued and surface nailed. It was sanded and finished with Basic Coatings Streetshoe Matte. I love the finish given my the StreetShoe
