Love the view from the house and we want to get this property on a lake. Cottage is not connected to garage and there is a high tech septic system between the two structures. What to do with the garage and how to connect to the house, since it can't be an enclosed breezeway. Just want to improve access to house and make use of garage as some kind of future living space.
