Just moved in to a coastal home, and have white 2 inch blinds on white trim windows. A series of three are in the living room and the master bedroom. Walls are neutral (beige). Hardwood floors. Should I leave them alone or hang panels with color alongside them? And if so, how long should they be? Don't want to date the area. Main colors are blue and aqua.
