Iris did not bloom in southern exposure

I am in central VA and transplanted many Irises last year. I did everything that is required to transplant and this March I sprinkled Plant tone throughout my garden. I got tons of great foliage but no blooms! Too much nitrogen? I have them planted aside my daylilies and the lilies are doing great....what did I do wrong? thx

Not familiar with Plant tone. What are its 3 numbers (10-10-10 or 8-6-4)?

The more vigorous TBs produce fast-growing babies that will bloom the year after dividing. Only one of mine is like that. The others are slower increasers and always take a year's vacation after division.
